摘要 PURPOSE:To enable an molded article to be molded that has excellent dimensional accuracy and inner part quality by mounting a thin metal plate having a plurality of holes on the laminate of a prepreg, and putting a vacuum bag film thereover, a and then vacuum-sucking the inside thereof, and further heating and pressurizing them to be cured in an autoclave. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a mandrel 2, there is superimposed in order of a glass cloth 4, prepreg 5, glass cloth 4, thin plate 6, and glass cloth 4 and, after covering them with a bag film 8, vacuum suction is effected from the suction hole 3 for applying atmospheric pressure on the prepreg 5 via the thin plate 6 and then the shape of the prepreg 5 is adjusted between the mandrel 2 and the thin plate 6. In the next place, the prepreg 5 is pressurized and heated to be molded within an autoclave. Onto the prepreg 5, uniform pressure is applied via the thin plate 6 during the curing period and, since the thin plate 6 is a flexible aluminum alloy, it is adaptable to the angle of the prepreg 5 and, since it is likely to be followed in the change of the plate thickness, defects in the plate thickness can be prevented. On the other hand, gases produced in the process of curing the prepreg 5 are discharge therefrom through the holes 7 of the thin plate 6, so that the occurrence of voids can be prevented.
