发明名称 PREPREG SHEET OF CARBON FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a carbon fiber reinforced composite material with excellent mechanical strength by integrating in laminating relation a semi-cured composite material layer that contains carbon fibers therein and a synthetic resin film having thermal adhesion, onto the epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg sheet of a fiber reinforced composite material is made such that polyolefin film 3 is laminated on a composite material layer 2 wherein one-sided parallel high strength carbon fibers are filled in semi-cured epoxy resin. The polyolefin film 3 used herein is of the three layered structure wherein the outer layer comprises adhesive polypropylene modified by unsaturated carboxylic acid and the inner layer comprises a copolymer consisting mainly of polypropylene and butene and not showing the melting point at Tg 60 deg.C. The adhesive layer of the outer layer is adjusted to be melted at the temperature around 135 deg.C that is the curing temperature of the epoxy resin of the composite material layer 2. When the prepreg sheet is employed, a carbon fiber reinforced composite material with excellent mechanical strength can be realized by a conventional forming method.
