<p>The device comprises a sling (8) formed by a bundle of steel wires folded in a U-shape, the core of which passes through the central hole of the coil and the branches of which are prolonged by loops (10, 11). According to the invention, the sling (8) interacts on the one hand with an omega-shaped protection element (13) interposed between this sling and the coil (1) and on the other hand with a bracing crossbeam (14) resting on the external envelope (7) of said coil and on the wings (18, 19) prolonging the protection element, to which the ends (20, 21) of the latter are fixed. The loops (10, 11) of the sling (8) pass through openings (32, 23, 34, 24) provided opposite in the wings (18, 19) of the protection element (13) and in the ends (20, 21) of the bracing crossbeam (14), each opening (23, 24) of this crossbeam having two notches (29, 30, 31, 32), in which the two rising sides of the corresponding loop (10, 11) are held captive, while remining free to slide therein, by a spacing flap (25, 26) belonging to said crossbeam and capable of being engaged with or disengaged from the loop in question. <IMAGE></p> |
