A pressurised fluid dispensing apparatus comprising a reservoir fillable through a closable circular port and being adapted to receive a plunger means and communicating with first check valve means for providing compressed air to dispense fluid from said reservoir through a filtered discharge channel, said channel being connected to second check valve means disposed in said fluid placement device to regulate flow of said fluid.
