<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to chuck a semifixed variable resistor by air suction and carry it reliably, closing reliably the hole of an eyelet part, by forcing a plate-like cover in the cylindrical hollow portion of the eyelet part of a collector plate so as to close the hollow portion. CONSTITUTION:By performing the press working of a metallic plate 40, the external forms of an eyelet part 11, a central terminal 25 and a collector plate 7 are formed successively. Also, at this time, over the metallic plate 40, a band- like metallic plate 45 is provided, and further, a punch 50 is provided over the plate 45. When the eyelet part 11 of the collector plate 7 moves and reaches just below the metallic plate 45, the punch 50 punches the metallic plate 45 in the form of a disc, moving downward. The punched disc-like plate is used as a cover 9. The punch 50, holding the cover 9 at its end, further moves downward, and is inserted into the inside of a taper part (a) of the eyelet part 11 of the collector plate 7. Drawing back the punch 50 upward, the cover 9 is set in the eyelet part 11, in a state that the cover 9 is fastened firmly on the inner circumference of the eyelet part 11. Thereby, the cylindrical hollow hole of the eyelet part 11 is closed reliably by the cover 9. Therefore, a semifixed variable resistor 1 can be held reliably by the sucking part of a suction device.</p> |
