PURPOSE:To smoothly make scrolling at a high speed by transforming a graphic drawn on a world coordinate to the entire space of a widened frame memory and controlling the display register of a graphic controller by sending a direct send H/W command to the controller. CONSTITUTION:After the entire space of a wide frame memory 7 is transformed into normalized device coordinates, the entire picture of a clock is drawn in the memory 7. Then, by using a send H/W command which can send the control command of a graphic controller 4 to the controller 4, the lower left rectangular address value of the memory 7 is set in a display register which controls the part of the memory 7 to be displayed on a display 5. Thereafter, address values which are shifted rightward little by little from the lower left of the memory 7 are repeatedly sent to the display register by using the send H/W command. Therefore, even a graphic having a large quantity of information quantity can be displayed by scrolling at a high speed. |
