PURPOSE:To perform molding without changing arrangement of a pot even in the case where a different kind of lead frame is molded, by a method wherein molding is performed by preparing separately a mold where a resin path such as a runner or a branched path is provided by connecting with a cavity from a pot feeding resin tablets. CONSTITUTION:A pitch of a package part 14 is wider in a lead frame 20 as compared with that of a lead frame 22 and arranging intervals are established in conformity with the lead frame 20 in a pot 10. Therefore, though package parts 14 correspond respectively to the pots 10 each in relation to the lead frame 20, in case of the lead frame 22, the pot 10 and package part 14 do not correspond with each other in one versus one and a number of the pots 10 are insufficient as compared with a number of the package parts 14. Thus a runner 16 connecting with the pot 10 is caused to branch into two in the middle of the runner 16 and insufficiency of the number of the pots are replenished by connecting the runner 16 with the two package part 14 by branched paths 16a. |
