PURPOSE:To allow development with an aq. alkaline soln. having excellent pigment dispersibility by incorporating a specific photosetting resin, a compd. having an epoxy group and a photopolymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:The photosetting resin obtd. by bringing the reactant of a novolak type epoxy compd. and unsatd. monocarboxylic acid, the reactant of diisocyanates and monovalent alcohols, and the compd. selected from arom. polybasic acid anhydride, aliphat. polybasic acid anhydride and alicyclic polybasic acid anhydride into reaction, the compd. having the epoxy group and the photopolymn. initiator are incorporated into this compsn. The alkaline developable photosetting resin compsn. which has the good wettability with inorg. pigments and the excellent dispersion stability is obtd. in this way. |
