<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the aesthetic appearance of a laminate by involving the terminal of an ornament by a base material and the skin material integrated therewith to embed the same in both materials. CONSTITUTION:A door trim 20A for a car is constituted of a base material composed of a resin layer formed into a door trim shape, the skin material 22 bonded to one side surface of the base material 22 so as to cover the entire surface thereof and the ornament 23 fitted to one side surface of the skin material so as to locally cover the same. The ornament 23 consists of an ornament base 23a made of a steel plate formed into the shape of the armrest part of the door trim 20A and the fabric 23b being the second skin material bonded to one side surface of the base 23a through an adhesive and the terminal 23C thereof is involved by the base material and the skin material 22 integrated therewith over its entire periphery to be embedded in both materials.</p> |
