FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in different machines and mechanisms, executive powers of which make frequent reciprocative transportation. Reversible hydraulic drive contains two hydraulic rams, pistons of which are immovable, and hydraulic rams are moving by pistons and connected to labour body of mechanism, and also pump and two-stage control system of operation of hydraulic rams. Two-stage control system includes distributor of the first cascade, provided for management of hydraulic rams operation, and distribution of the second cascade, for management of distributor of the first cascade. Distributor of the first cascade contains valve, implemented in the form of pistons, connected by guide bars with formation of piston and stock cavities. Valve of distributor of the first cascade is installed in its medium part and from its both sides are located followers. Followers interact to valve, herewith each follower forms with casing of distributor two stocked and one butt cavities. In pistons there are implemented forcing - escape channels, which are connected through stocked cavity of valve of the first cascade with forcing and suction tubes of pump and to the first stocked cavity of followers of distributor of the second cascade. Delivery nozzle of pump is connected through stocked cavity of valve of distributor of the second cascade with head ends of valve of the first cascade and to the butt cavities of followers of distributor of the second cascade. Second channels of each piston are connected to the second stocked cavity of followers. ^ EFFECT: achieved reciprocative transportation of movable operating element of different mass, undependable on its position in space. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
