<p>A septic tank has a bulbous hollow body (10) with a neck portion (12) projecting therefrom. The neck portion (12) gives access to the interior of the body (10). A partition assembly is formed from a series of partition components of size to pass through said neck portion (12) and be assembled internally to compartment the interior to form a series of three side-by-side chambers (14, 16, 18).
