摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To exactly and speedily measure the flow rate by sending a 2nd control signal calculated by a processing unit when a 2nd input signal corresponds to a real flow rate supplied by a supply system in the 2nd operation stage in response to a 1st control signal on the 1st operation state. CONSTITUTION: When the desired flow rate is decided based on the sprinkle concentration, sprinkle area and sprinkle rate of fluid while using an intrinsic graph concerning a weed killer to be used, the decided flow rate is converted and inputted as a fluid quantity to flow out during a measurement test for a fixed time. When a trigger 3 is pushed at the time of starting the measurement test on the 1st operation stage, the fluid flows through a pipe 12 to a liquid quantity measuring container 14 and a user investigates the quantity of fluid let flow in through a transparent wall part 16. The measurement test is performed again on the 2nd operation stage and when the measurement test is further repeated, the contents in a storage device are adjusted. At the time of performing the measurement test requiring the same liquid quantity later, a microcontroller outputs the control signal calculating the exact liquid quantity. Thus, the flow rate can be speedily and exactly measured.</p>
