PURPOSE:To constitute the information recording system so that security information cannot be observed visually and easily, and also, rewriting cannot be executed by providing a magnet, a magnetic sensor, a binarizing circuit, and a CPU for receiving a binarized signal and recognizing a specific pattern put to a fixed information recording layer on a reader. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic recording card 1 is inserted into a reader, a magnetic field is applied by a magnet 11, and the magnetic field which transmits through the magnetic recording card 1 is detected by a magnetic sensor 12. In this case, in a position of a specific pattern of a fixed information recording layer 3, a magnetic flux which transmits through increases or decreases, therefore, intensity of the magnetic field is varied. Accordingly, by binarizing a detecting signal by the magnetic sensor 12 by a binarizing circuit 14, its read signal is received by a CPU 15, the pattern is detected and security information, etc., recorded in the fixed information recording layer 3 can be read. In such a way, the security information, etc., recorded in the fixed information recording layer 3 cannot be observed visually even if a magnetic contrast- medium, etc., are used, and also, rewriting of the information is impossible. |
