PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device which can turn a slat even in a zone in which a partitioning wall for partitioning a guide passage into a first passage and a second passage exists.SOLUTION: An engagement protrusion 36 engaged with a first passage 31 or a second passage 32 which is partitioned by a partitioning wall 33 is arranged at a slat cap 11 constituting a longitudinal end of a slat 2. The engagement protrusion 36 is held in a closed state by being engaged with the first passage 31, and the engagement protrusion 36 is engaged with the second passage 32, and thus the slat 2 is held in an opened state. Furthermore, a turning member 54 which can relatively turn with respect to the slat cap 11 (of a slat cap main body 55) is arranged at the slat cap 11.
