PURPOSE:To easily control the schedules of plural persons by providing a storage means which stores the schedule data received from plural electronic notebooks and an output means which outputs those stored schedule data. CONSTITUTION:A schedule data request and a specific extension No are inputted to a telephone exchange host device 1 from a key input part 16 of an extension telephone set 2. Thus a CPU 5 reads the schedule of a specific extension user out of a RAM 6 and sends it to a facsimile 4. At the same time, a schedule editing function is provided to the device 1 at connection of an electronic notebook 3. Thus the schedule data stored in the notebook 3 can be effectively used. In addition, the schedules which are individually controlled in the notebook 3 can be collectively controlled for all users of the extensions connected to the same main device 1. Then these schedules can easily edited and outputted. As a result, the schedules of plural persons can be easily controlled. |
