CONSTITUTION:A hot processing model 27 calculates calculation results (gamma particle diameter of rolling, dislocation density, distortion) from temperature.pass interval time information 29 based on a heated gamma particle diameter 26 and a rolling temperature model 28 and from corresponding distortion.distortion speed information 31 based on a distortion model 30. A transformation model 38 outputs calculation results (ferrite particle diameter, structure percentage, average generation temperature) due to temperature information 40 based on a cooling temperature model 39. A structure.material model 44 is provided for calculating and formulating a material by separating effects of solution enhancement, deposition hardening and ferrite particle diameters, wherein the material is output based on a deposited substance stage 37, the calculation results 43 and component information 36 respectively.</p>
