In this case, a turn-on potential distribution is formed by utilizing a voltage change caused in a load resistor in series with a pnpn element due to a current flowing to the elements 1a - 1d... turned on. Thus, a power supply having required in a conventional register is not required, the number of wires for element drive is decreased to three from four and the configuration is simplified.
