PRODUCTION OF PARTICLE DISPERSED CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain substrates having high strength and high dimensional accuracy by burning mixed powder of dispersed ceramics and matrix-phase ceramics at a temperature lower than a heat treatment temperature to give green sheets of powder and burning the green sheet at the heat treatment temperature. CONSTITUTION:Dispersed ceramic powder is blended with matrix-phase ceramic powder. The mixture is burnt at a temperature lower than a given heat treatment temperature to give lump of complex material, which is ground. Then the ground particles are slurried and made into sheets to form laminates. Then the laminates are burnt at the heat treatment temperature to give substrates.
