Disclosed is a columnar cotton processing equipment, comprising a feeding assembly (2), a clamping assembly (3), a drilling assembly (4), a first power assembly (5) and a second power assembly (6). The feeding assembly (2) is connected to the clamping assembly (3) for driving the clamping assembly (3) to move to a first preset position to take columnar cotton and to convey to a second preset position opposite to the position of the drilling assembly (4). The clamping assembly (3) is used for clamping the columnar cotton. The drilling assembly (4) is arranged at a side of the clamping assembly (3) and is opposite to the second preset position. The first power assembly (5) is connected to the drilling assembly (4) so as to drive the drilling assembly (4) to rotate. The second power assembly (6) is connected to the clamping assembly (3) and/or the feeding assembly (2) so as to drive the clamping assembly (3) clamped with the columnar cotton to move from the second preset position in the direction close to the drilling assembly (4), in order to drive an end face of the columnar cotton to come into contact with the drilling assembly (4) in rotation to perform drilling. With this processing equipment for drilling columnar cotton, the problems of large error of the diameter of centre hole, serious eccentricity and poor surface flatness due to being hand-made are overcome, and the product quality and the producing efficiency are improved. |
