<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the out of focus of images on a screen even if the plural images are projected from different directions by specifying the disposition of the respective projecting lenses of plural projecting optical systems and specifying the disposition of the image planes of respective charts. CONSTITUTION:The three projecting systems A, B, C of a color projector are constituted of three LCDs 10 to 12 as the charts for forming the respective color images of R, G, B and the three projecting lenses 30 to 32 for projecting the images on the screen 20. The lenses are so disposed that the optical axis Ax 2 of the central projecting lens 31 is perpendicular to the screen 20 and the optical axes Ax1 and Ax3 of the projecting lenses 30, 32 intersect with the central optical axis Ax2 at one point on the screen. While the central LCD 11 is provided perpendicularly to the optical axis Ax2, the peripheral LCDs 10, 12 are disposed to incline with the optical axes Ax1 and Ax3 in such a manner that the imaging plane is positioned flush with the screen plane in accordance with the rule of Scheimpflug.</p> |
