According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fluorescent composition comprises: a green fluorescent substance emitting green light by being excited by blue light; a nitride-based first red fluorescent substance emitting first red light by being excited by blue light; and a fluoro-based second red fluorescent substance emitting second red light by being excited by blue light. A light emitting element package comprising the fluorescent composition has an improved speed of light and a color reproduction range in comparison to a light emitting element package including a conventional fluorescent composition, and can emit white light without degradation of optical properties at high temperature.
