PURPOSE:To reduce the labor of spraying work by a method in which a vegetating material is mixed with soil of agglomerate structure and a powder or granular erosion-preventing material in a given volumetric proportion and sprayed onto a sloped ground. CONSTITUTION:A vegertating material composed of peat moss, bark composite, other organic material, fertilizer, soil stabilizer, and plant seeds is mixed with soil of a 5 - 40vol.% agglomerate structure and an erosion-preventing material such as powder or granular vinyl acetate copolymer of Portland cement, without water, and sprayed onto sloped ground by a mortar sprayer to form a given thickness of vegetative base. As the soil stabilizer, one capable of raising the water-holding and fertilizer-holding capabilities of the vegetative base is used, and as the fertilizer, one composed of chemical fertilizer, wooden fiber as binder, and so forth is used. |
