PURPOSE:To uniformly irradiate the light receiving surface of an auto-white balance sensor by dividing the end section of numerous optical fibers constituting an optical fiber aggregate on the RGB light receiving face side in corresponding to an R, G, and B color filters and uniformly distributing the end section of the optical fibers on a light diffusing member side to the whole area of the light emitting face of the light diffusing member. CONSTITUTION:The optical fiber group of an optical fiber aggregate 3 on the light emitting end section 3' side is divided into three fiber groups 3R, 3G, and 3B in corresponding to each color filter 2R, 2G, and 2B. The light incident end section 3'' of the aggregate 3 is joined to the light emitting face 5a of a light diffusing plate 5 made of a creamy white acrylic material, etc. The light incident end section 3'' of each optical fiber 3a of each fiber group 3R, 3G, and 3B distributed to each color filter 2R, 2G, and 2B is arranged in a mosaic so that the end sections 3'' can be distributed uniformly to the whole area of the light emitting face 5a of the plate 5. Therefore, each color filter 2R, 2G, and 2B can uniformly be irradiated. |
