PURPOSE:To permit an adhesive bonding of outer covering by a method wherein the inner surface of a mold in a hot state after removal of its molding is coated with a mold release agent of thermosetting silicone type and the raw liquid of urethane foam is poured into the mold to effect molding with the mold release agent kept hard making use of the remaining heat of the mold. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface 11 of a mold 10 is sprayed uniformly with a solvent-diluted mold release agent 20 of thermosetting silicone rubber type. The temperature of the mold 10 is maintained at not less than 100 deg.C by the remaining heat stored in a preceding cyclic manufacture of urethane foam. The mold releasing agent 20 containing platinum catalyst for accelerating its hardening is polymerized and hardened to cover the inner surface 11 of the mold with the resulting film at a point where the temperature of the mold release agent is heated to 100-110 deg.C by the remaining heat of the mold 10. The raw liquid of urethane foam is poured into the mold 10 and the temperature of the mold 10 is raised to 115-130 deg.C, suitable temperatures for the foaming of the urethane, by means of temperature adjusting pipes 12 to foam the urethane inside the mold 10, thereby obtaining a urethane foam molding 2 conforming to the shape of the inner surface 11 of the mold 10. |
