摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the combustion efficiency of an engine with a low vortex ratio and a high vortex ratio being achieved in a high speed region and a low speed region respectively by detecting the variation of centrifugal force at the time of full load operation of an all speed mechanical type governor mechanism having a centrifugal weight, and rotating a guide plate according to the detection. CONSTITUTION:The centrifugal force of a centrifugal weight 9 is converted into the driving force of a sliding axis 13 to control a supplied fuel quantity engine speed by the balance of the driving force and the governor spring 11 tension of an engine speed control lever 10. In the above constitution, a vortex spring 27, variably controlling an intake air vortex ratio, is juxtaposed on the speed control lever 10. A rotatable and slidable compression spring 25 and a sliding tube 24 are inserted in a sliding axis 13. A guide plate 34, inserted in an intake port, is rotated via a vortex ratio change lever 20 and a link mechanism 38 by the balance between the lowered values of the centrifugal force and the driving force of the centrifugal weight 9 and the tension of the vortex spring 27, and a displacement quantity produced in the sliding tube 24, with the lowering of an engine revolution speed.
