PURPOSE:To manufacture chain without using a special method by performing shrinkage from the green material to the sintered material with degreasing and sintering earlier than shrinkage of an engaging hole of a first parts, and connecting a second parts having engaging projections. CONSTITUTION:A first and a second parts 10, 11 are formed as the green material by injection molding. A compounding ratio of ceramic powder or metal powder and a binder is selected appropreately to adjust a shrinkage ratio. The first parts 10 has engaging holes 12a and a hollow part 13. The second parts 11 has engaging projections 15 formed in right and left ends of an axis part 14. Under the green material condition, the relation of each dimension is k<Dg<dg<Wg, and under the degreased material condition, shrinkage thereof is a very little. Next, when only the second parts 11 is sintered, a dimension ds becomes smaller than a dimension Dg, the engaging projections 15 are inserted into the hollow parts 13 to be engaged, and when sintering is performed, the first parts 10 is shrinked at 15-25% to conclude the connection, and a chain 17 is thereby manufactured. |
