PURPOSE:To enable a heating unit to be retained at a specified position so as to carry out connection easily and surely by embedding two-stage of conductive wires in the radial direction of a joint, inside a thermosetting high molecular material layer composing the electrofusion joint. CONSTITUTION:An electrofusion joint S is composed of a thermosetting high molecular material such as ABS resin, polyvinyl chloride or the like, wherein a linear heating element 20 composed of a conductive wire and a conductive wire 22 constituting a current feedback passage are wound spirally in the radial direction vertically without generation of short-circuit. A joint S can be produced easily by covering a pair of conductive members 20, 22 with a thermosetting high molecular material 24 wound thereon spirally. Furthermore, the connection work can be facilitated surely. |
