The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) lamp which is applied to a fluorescent parallel lamp (FPL) socket and has good heat radiation performance. The LED lamp comprises: a heat radiation plate provided with a concave-convex portion to increase a heat radiation area; an LED array including a substrate and a plurality of LED packages arranged in two or more lines on the surface of the heat radiation plate, which is opposite to the concave-convex portion; and a transparent cover combined with the heat radiation plate to cover the LED array, wherein a heat radiation block uncovered by the transparent cover and coming in contact with air is disposed between the LEDs arranged on the surface opposite to the concave-convex portion of the heat radiation plate to protrude from the heat radiation plate.
