摘要 <p>The device for treating wastewater, comprises a sludge trap chamber (1) for collecting sludge and solids contained in the wastewater, a filter chamber (2) arranged downstream to the trap chamber for collecting floats and immiscible light liquids, an inlet (26), an outlet (27), and a filter box (25) for housing a coalescence filter formed from plastic filling materials. The filter is arranged between the inlet in the filter chamber and the outlet for treated wastewater from the filter chamber. A wall is intended in the trap chamber between the inlet and the outlet. The device for treating wastewater, comprises a sludge trap chamber (1) for collecting sludge and solids contained in the wastewater, a filter chamber (2) arranged downstream to the trap chamber for collecting floats and immiscible light liquids, an inlet (26), an outlet (27), and a filter box (25) for housing a coalescence filter formed from plastic filling materials. The filter is arranged between the inlet in the filter chamber and the outlet for treated wastewater from the filter chamber. A wall is intended in the trap chamber between the inlet and the outlet, has openings in its upper section and is formed as a closed wall in its lower section. A flow contact base (72) extending from the inlet to the filter box is intended and is inclined towards the filter box. An inclined base (37) is intended in the filter box under the filter. A convex shaped flow distribution plate is mounted for the inlet aperture. A suspended matter grid surrounding the inlet aperture is intended in the trap chamber. The inlet is downwardly led into the filter chamber along the wall of the housing. The flow contact base and/or the base of the filter box intended under the filter are formed on both sides in oblique declining manner. A suction tube flows in the region of the deepest place of the base under the filter, for sludge accumulated in the deepest place. A flushing tube is downwardly led into the filter and has nozzle-like outlets for a flushing fluid, water and air. The outlets are intended on two nozzle tubes fixed horizontally on the flushing tube. The nozzle tubes have nozzle bores aligned alternatively in horizontal and vertical manner. The flow contact base is formed by a triangular plate. The triangular contact base forms the plate on its edges by a wall. The wall with its lower edge is raised at the base of the housing of the filter chamber. The base of the filter chamber and/or the contact base between the inlet and the filter box are inclined around an angle of 4 degrees. A float-operated stop valve is assigned to the outlet of the filter chamber. The filter consists of bent/curved polyolefin chips. A horizontal wall is intended in the distance over the contact base and forms a trumpet widening itself to the filter box with the contact base and the wall. The wall is adjoined at the oriented, vertical wall of the filter box. A guide plate arranged in the area of the fluid level in the trap chamber is intended with an eccentrically arranged through opening.</p>
