Manhole cover/excavation securing clamp arrangement

Public utilities and industry require manhole covers to be left open for long periods of time e.g. to vent gas and the arrangement described and shown allows a cover to be raised to sit directly above the manhole and be securely fastened in position. Four clamps may be utilised.
