A first shaft (1) is coupled to a second shaft (2) with an elastic body (8) interposed therebetween so as to effect torque transmission between the shafts and to absorb vibration. A centering pin (28) provided on a member attached to the first shaft is inserted in a pin socket (30) in a member attached to the second shaft with a clearance formed around the pin in the socket, and a spherical portion provided on the centering pin (28) is in bearing contact with an annular centering seat (32) provided in the pin socket.
