Disclosed are a channel access method, a station device and an access point device. The method comprises: receiving a query message frame sent by an access point device, wherein the query message frame comprises first indication information, and the first indication information is used for indicating available channels of the access point device; selecting at least one idle single channel or at least one idle sub-channel from the available channels of the access point device to send a request-to-send frame to the access point device, wherein the request-to-send frame comprises second indication information, and the second indication information is used for indicating available channels of the station device; receiving an operation permission frame sent by the access point device, wherein the operation permission frame comprises information about a channel allocated by the access point device to the station device; and sending data on the allocated channel. By means of the present invention, the access efficiency of a network can be improved.
