PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair load support structure capable of securely attaching, in a small area, an attachment member for supporting a load support member such as a lumbar support even when a member forming an outer shape of a backrest is thinned, and to provide a chair.SOLUTION: A support member 26 supports a load receiving face constitution member on an outer frame formation member (back receiving support body 7) and includes: a first engagement part (holding piece 27a); a second engagement part (abutting protrusion 29b); and a third engagement part (insertion protrusion 29a) arranged in a middle portion of the first and second engagement parts in a load receiving face direction. The first and second engagement parts are separated from each other in the load receiving face direction. The third engagement part is inserted into a deeper position than engagement positions of the first and second engagement parts in a depth direction crossing the load receiving face to be engaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
