PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and accurately determining a plurality of blood circulation parameters, and a blood pressure measurement system capable of acquiring an accurate blood pressure value using the same.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measurement system includes: a pulse wave detection part 2 for detecting pulse wave time series data proportional to a blood flow rate for at least one heartbeat; a blood pressure measurement part 3 for measuring a first blood pressure based on an amplitude of a pulse wave that changes by the pressurization of a cuff; and a processing part 4 for calculating blood pressure time series data from the pulse wave time series data using a relational expression of a blood pressure having a plurality of blood circulation parameters and the blood flow rate, and calibrating the blood circulation parameters so that a second blood pressure acquired from the blood pressure time series data becomes equal to the first blood pressure. The first blood pressure and the second blood pressure include systolic blood pressure, average blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
