摘要 A fibre optic pressure sensor has a pressure-measuring head (10) with a housing (12) which houses a membrane (13) which functions as a pressure sensor and executes a lifting movement when subjected to pressure. The inside (13') of the membrane has a highly reflective surface (14). The pressure sensor also has a beam waveguide (11) the front surface (11') of which faces the highly reflective surface (14) on the inside (13') of the membrane and which conducts the light emitted by a light source (31) into the pressure-measuring head. The reflective surface (14) on the inside (13') of the membrane and the front surface (11') of the beam waveguide (11) run orthogonally to an optical axis of the beam waveguide (11), and the front surface (11') of the beam waveguide (11) is partially reflecting, and therefore the highly reflective surface (14) on the inside (13') of the membrane and the front surface (11') of the beam waveguide (11) form a Fabry-Perot resonator.
