This appliance for dispensing strips of pre-cut material rolled into spools includes a case to accommodate the spool, with a bottom face, a horizontal lower part and lateral faces, and a hinged closing cover, with the case and the cover being designed at their lower part with a central opening allowing passage and dispensing of the strip of material. The case has a horizontal lower part with a central opening in its thickness and, on its bottom face, a profiled ring positioned in a plane that is eccentric in relation to the central opening, defining a passage between them for the pulled strip of material. Under the bottom face of the case, there is a hinged flap designed to accommodate a circular profiled dome form, to integrate opposite the interior opening formed on the ring, while allowing continuity of passage for the pulled strip of material, and its exit from the appliance. |
