PURPOSE:To reduce the operator's input of information to a terminal equipment and to rapidly execute system processing by transmitting information relating to inputted lodging from a host computer to a card issuing machine, issuing a card and retrieving and displaying the information relating to the lodging written in the issued card. CONSTITUTION:At the time of check-in processing, an operator inputs information relating to lodging in the host computer 1, which transmits the information to a key card issuing machine 3. The machine 3 issues a key card 13 writing the information. At the time of check-out operation, the operator reads out the information of the card 13 through a card reader 15. The host computer 1 retrieves the information relating to the lodging from the read information, displays the retrieved contents and prints out a check-out bill 17. Since the operator may input only the information to the host computer 1, the operation of a hotel is rapidly processed as compared with a convensional method. |
