<p>PURPOSE:To make simple the fitting of the detector as well as the water-tight configuration and to enable the voltage detection at all times, by providing a conductor member that is drawn out of a band fastened around the detection part of the cable with a buckle. CONSTITUTION:A band 31 is placed around the detection part of a connection tube with a buckle 32 released and the end of the band 31 opened, so that an electrode 33 is in contact with the outer conducting layer of the connection tube, the inner face of the insulating rubber layer with the bare part of the insulating layer and the inner face of either side of the conducting rubber layer with either side of the outer conducting layer respectively. After that, the band 31 is fastened with a loop 46 of the buckle 32 caught by a hook 47, and a lever 48 set down. Thus, connection tube is fastened uniformly all around, so that the gap between the inner face of the conducting rubber layer an the outer conducting layer is sealed with a viscous elastic sealant and the gap at the end face of the band 31 is sealed with a viscous elastic sealant 52, resulting in a good water-tightness between the electrode 33 and the inner face of the insulating rubber layer. Under these conditions, voltage detection is available through a detector cap 34, a lead wire 35 and the electrode 33.</p> |
