PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute an appropriate treatment at the time of occurrence of trouble on a control system, by ensuring detection of trouble on the control system in such a manner as to detect abnormality of an output transistor on the basis of logical relationship between input and output of an output transistor of a drive control device. CONSTITUTION:A drive signal generating device 61 generates a prescribed pulse to drive a motor, and an output transistor TR switches on the basis of this pulse and supplies an excitation winding L of a motor 5 with the pulse. A prescribed relationship of logic level exists between a base input and a collector output of an output Tr, and detection of trouble of the output TR is executed by utilizing this relationship. The base input and the collector output are put into a NOR circuit 62, and in the case of occurrence of a trouble on the output Tr, the NOR circuit 62 generates an output, and an OR circuit 62e generates a signal S1. A timer 63 starts operating by the signal S1, generates a signal S2 a constant time later for operation of a safety treatment circuit 64 to stop input to the output Tr, and at the same time, it operates an alarm 16. |
