PURPOSE:To prevent the fusion of a powder by providing a rotary mechanism capable of rotating a barrier plate in the direction vertical to the outlet of an acceleration pipe and providing a drive motor to the barrier plate. CONSTITUTION:A powder raw material 15 is supplied to an acceleration pipe 3 from the powder raw material charging port 1 provided to the upper part of the acceleration pipe 3 and instantaneously accelerated by the compressed air from a compressed air supply nozzle 2 to reach high speed. The powder raw material emitted to a grinding chamber from the outlet of the acceleration pipe 3 impinges against the impact surface of a barrier plate 4 to be ground. When the handle of a rotary shaft 7 is rotated by an arbitrary angle, the barrier plate 4 is rotated through the rotary shaft 7 and the position of the fused layer formed to the upper part of the barrier plate 4 is moved to the lower part thereof by the rotation of the barrier plate 4. Then, the fused layed moved to the lower part of the barrier plate 4 under rotation is scraped off. By this method, the number of times of maintenance is reduced and manufacturing efficiency can be enhanced. |
