PURPOSE:To achieve an all-solid secondary battery excellent in the high-rate characteristics by including crystalline graphite as an electron conducting material in an electrode, which is an admixture of an Ag ion conductive solid electrolyte and a specific complex oxide consisting of Ag-V oxide as electrode active substance. CONSTITUTION:A crystalline graphite excellent in the electron conducting characteristic is included in an electrode, which is an admixture of an Ag ion electroconductive solid electrolyte and an electrode active substance of complex oxide consisting of Ag and V oxides expressed as AgXV2O5-y (where 0.6<=X<=0.8, and Y is oxygen missing). These complex oxides consisting of Ag and V oxide can undergo electrochemical intercalation and deintercalation of Ag, and therefore, a secondary battery can be formed by co-use of Ag ion conductive solid electrolyte. Further the crystalline graphite excellent in the electron conducting characteristic is included to improve the electron conduction associate with charging and discharging. Thereby the high-rate characteristics can be enhanced. |
