摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the high speed followup characteristic necessary for use in a power supply and provide stability by performing both control of a variable voltage circuit and control of a variable phase device in conformity to control signals which were digitalized by a single comparative controller. CONSTITUTION:A variable phase device 53 is connected with a high frequency signal line 51 through a variable voltage circuit 52 which is to control the amplitude, and the output of this variable phase device 53 is fed to an acceleration cavity via a power amplifier circuit 54. Part of the output from this power amplifier circuit 54 is fed to an analog/digital converter 58 for conversion into digital signals. Signals from an amplitude level setting device 55' set in advance as the voltage reference level and signals from the mentioned A/D converter 58 are fed to a comparative setting device 58' and compared with each other, and the variable voltage circuit 52 is digital controlled so that the output of the power amplifier circuit 54 meets the matching conditions in a high speed cavity. This provides an enhanced high speed followup characteristic in power amplifying and enables phase control well stabilized.
