NEW MATERIAL:A parent cell strain for preparing human-human hybridoma having the following properties. High fusion efficiency to human lymphocyte. Hybridoma obtained by fusion to human lymphocyte stably produces an antibody, especially IgG antibody. High yield of antibody of hybridoma obtained by fusion to human lymphocyte. USE:For preparing human hybridoma to produce a human type monoclonal antibody useful for clinical treatment. PREPARATION:For example, cells are multiplied from one cell by repeating cloning through operation of inoculating human plasma cell tumor cell strain LICR-LON-HMy2 on 96 well micro plate so as to give one cell/well and culturing and then 8-azaguanine having 50200mug/ml concentration is made resistant to give a parent cell strain for preparing human-human hybridoma.
