<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a carbon resistor always having stable resistance value by adhering a circuit surface with a thermosetting carbon layer is applied on which a laminate film heat-curing this carbon layer, this is heat-cured matching along the designed circuit pattern and required arrangement position for the circuit while removing an uncured layer from the circuit surface. CONSTITUTION:A carbon resistance layer 3, which is prepared by a thermosetting carbon paint having the required film thickness is applied on a laminate film 2, is formed, and the surface thereof is protected by a protective film 4. Next, after aforesaid carbon resistance film 1 is applied to a printed wiring circuit face where the surface or both faces are provided with required printed wiring circuits, infrared rays or far-infrared rays are applied on a carbon resistance layer 3 of the film 1 to heat-cure only a required part. Later, the protective film 4 is peeled off and the layer 3 of an uncured part is removed by washing or the like. Here, when the film 1 is left in the endless shape, the layer 3 can be obtained by continuous behavior.</p> |
