<p>PURPOSE:To control and guide a driver by monitoring and recording a sudden speed change by comparing a measured speed change quantity value with a preset limit value and storing the measured value when the measured value exceeds the limit value. CONSTITUTION:A shock sensor 13 constituted of a piezoelectric element is provided to the side part or front or rear bumper of a car body and a known acceleration sensor 14 and a deceleration sensor 15 are together provided in order to detect speed change quantity per a unit time. A CPU compares the detected values of the sensors 13 - 15 with limit shock value, limit acceleration value and limit deceleration value preset to an RAM 16 corresponding to the sensors 13 - 15 and, when the detected values exceed the set values, the detected values and the driver's name and car number set to the RAM 16 or the present date or the like obtained from a clock circuit 17 are stored in the RAM 16 as transmission data and subsequently transmitted to the center apparatus 31 of a business office to perform disposal such as the display on the screen of a CRT 35. By this method, the driving state of the driver can be individually controlled and guided and an effective measure to prevent an accident becomes possible.</p> |
