<p>PURPOSE:To simplify inter-process control constitution and to allow the inter- process control device to flexibly correspond also to process variation by allowing a control device in each process to successively transfer inter-process propagation information from the preprocess to the self-process and from the self-process to the succeeding process. CONSTITUTION:This inter-process control device is constituted of an input interface part 1, a process management condition setting part 2, a process management part 3, an output interface part 4, and so on. The input interface part 1 inputs inter-process propagation information including conditions such as the number of units to be produced in the self-process and production conditions to be informed from the preprocess to the succeeding process. The setting part 2 sets process managing conditions necessary for executing inter-process control. The process management part 3 manages the inter-proceses propagation information inputted to the input interface part 1 as process output waiting and determines the succeeding process based upon the process management condition. The output interface part 4 outputs the inter-process propagation information to the succeeding process determined by the management part 3.</p> |
