PURPOSE:To execute a lamination operation with high accuracy, to simplify the structure of a lamination apparatus and to execute the lamination operation efficiently by a method wherein a plurality of air vents are formed in a head so as to be opened at a contact face and a cutting blade is attached to a slider. CONSTITUTION:A picking-up apparatus 27 is provided with a cutting blade 31 arranged around a head 30 so as to protrude from the head 30 supporting a contact face 29 coming into contact with one main face of a first ceramic green sheet 28(a) to be laminated and from the face 29. A plurality of air vents are formed in the head 30 so as to be opened at the face 29. The blade 31 is attached to a slider 33 which can be slid by a prescribed distance in the up and down direction on the outer circumference of the head 30. The slider 33 is energized so as to be always deformed downward by using a compression spring 34. In this case, the protrusion degree of the blade 31 from the face 29 is selected so as to be larger than the protrusion degree in conventional cases. By this constitution, ceramic green sheets 28 can be stamped and laminated with high accuracy, an apparatus is simplified and a lamination operation can be executed efficiently. |
