<p>PURPOSE:To permit an easy, continuous operation by providing a hydrophobic porous membrane module as a gas-liquid contacting device between a polar gas-containing gas and a polar gas absorbing liq. and a stripping tower for stripping the polar gas from the polar gas absorbing liq. which has absorbed the polar gas. CONSTITUTION:In a hydrophobic porous membrane module 1 consisting of polyethylene, etc., the gas contg. a polar gas (e.g. CO2 and SO2) is brought into contact with a polar gas absorbing liq. (e.g. mixed solution contg. diethanolamine, K2CO3, KH2CO3 and H2O). In a stripping tower 6, the polar gas is stripped from the polar gas absorbing liq. which has absorbed the polar gas by heating the liq. with a heat exchanger 102. As a result, a continuous operation can be effected with an easy manipulation.</p> |
