摘要

PURPOSE:To accurately carry out temperature control of article in the case of making present temperature of article follow the target temperature of article by changing an amount of KOJI manufacturing environment varied according to growth state of KOJI. CONSTITUTION:An amount of KOJI manufacturing environment varied, decided depending upon difference in temperature between measured temperature of article and target temperature of article is changed to reduction direction when the measured temperature of article is lower than the target temperature of article and changed to increase direction when the measured temperature of article is higher than the target temperature of article and fine temperature control of article is carried out by taking heat generation of KOJI into account to give high-quality KOJI.
