STRETCHING METHOD FOR MACROMOLECULAR MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a flat sheet even after high stretching by rolling a non-oriented material in one pass when a macromolecular material is rolled in the softened state under the melting point. CONSTITUTION:When a macromolecular material is rolled in the state of being under the melting point, a non-oriented material is rolled to a given thickness in one pass to roll a sheet of superior shape without generating widening of the width on the roll-in side. As the macromolecular material can be rolled up to high orientation with good shape, the macromolecular material of superior shape and high strength can be manufactured in mass production.
